Act-One
Act-One turns a single phone-camera video of an actor into an animated character's performance, replacing facial mocap rigs.
Performance transfer maps facial expressions, eye lines and timing from a driving video onto a generated character of any proportion, including multi-turn dialogue played by one actor. Works with Gen-3 Alpha and has built-in checks for public figures and voice rights. Superseded by Act-Two (2025).
