Gen-3 Alpha, trained on new large-scale multimodal infrastructure, markedly improves fidelity, motion and temporal control and human faces.
First of a new Runway family trained jointly on video and images with highly descriptive captions, giving finer temporal control (key-framed transitions) and photoreal people. Followed by Gen-3 Alpha Turbo and tools such as Act-One. Arrived days after Luma's Dream Machine and Kling, in the mid-2024 'Sora-class' wave.
