Closed Qwen-VL-Plus and Max upgrades handle million-pixel images and arbitrary aspect ratios; Alibaba says they match Gemini Ultra and GPT-4V on several tasks.
Better image reasoning, detail and text recognition and high-resolution input over the open Qwen-VL, served through the API. The open line continued with Qwen2-VL in August 2024.
