Weights appeared on Hugging Face 2023-08-18; the 'Introducing Qwen-VL' blog is dated 2024-01-25 and says the model was open-sourced in September 2023, which conflicts with the HF dates (Wikipedia cites CNBC coverage from 2023-08-25). The closed Qwen-VL-Plus and Qwen-VL-Max that blog introduces are a separate record.
