Series A extended to $130M at $1.3B valuation

Higgsfield added $80M to its $50M Series A (Accel, Menlo, GFT, AI Capital Partners), reaching $130M at a $1.3B valuation and $200M run-rate revenue.

A creative platform that orchestrates 30+ third-party models (Veo, Kling, Seedance, Sora while available, Nano Banana, GPT Image, FLUX, Wan, Hailuo) plus its own Soul image models (Soul 2.0, Soul ID), Cinema Studio and DOP camera control. By June 2026 run-rate reached $500M (about 70% enterprise), and talks at a $5B valuation were reported in July.

Its relationship to underlying models is as reseller/orchestrator plus own models; wholesale terms with providers are not public.
