Integrations and advanced Research
Claude.ai gained Integrations, remote MCP servers connected to the app, and an advanced Research mode that works up to 45 minutes and cites sources.
Integrations let users plug tools such as Jira and Zapier into Claude over MCP; Research searches the web, Google Workspace and those integrations. Web search also went global for paid plans. Builds on the 2025-04-15 launch of Research and Google Workspace search.
