Routines in Claude Code
Routines are Claude Code automations, a prompt plus repo and connectors, that run on a schedule, API call or event on Anthropic's cloud.
Removes the need for developers' own cron jobs and servers, since each routine gets an endpoint and token and runs without a laptop open. For example, a routine can pull the top Linear bug each night and open a draft PR. The earlier /schedule command became scheduled routines.
