SpaceX-Cursor partnership and $60B option
SpaceX announces a Cursor partnership with an option to buy it for $60B later in 2026, or pay $10B for the joint work.
Pairs Cursor's product and distribution with SpaceX's Colossus compute (SpaceX claims ~1M H100 equivalents) to train a coding and knowledge-work model. Came after Cursor had been seeking a $50B valuation round and after two Cursor engineers moved to xAI.
