377 solved unsolved math problems
OpenAI published more than 700 papers describing solutions to 377 previously unsolved math problems, produced by an unreleased AI model.
OpenAI released the papers in one batch on Tuesday night. They cover algebra, number theory, computer science, mathematical logic and topology, and some relate to three Millennium Prize Problems. For 10 of the solutions OpenAI also gave a detailed account of how the model reached them, and it says each solution took about three hours of computation on average.

Only one secondary source was read. The results are unverified, and mathematicians such as Tristan Buckmaster question whether the work gives proper credit to earlier research. The model behind them is unreleased and unnamed in the coverage.
