RTX Spark
NVIDIA and Microsoft announced RTX Spark, an Arm-based Windows PC platform for local AI agents with up to 128GB unified memory. Laptop preorders opened October 7 for October 16 availability.
RTX Spark pairs a Blackwell RTX GPU with up to 6,144 cores and an up to 20-core Grace CPU linked at 600 GB/s, and runs the full CUDA stack on Windows laptops and compact desktops. Microsoft also made Microsoft Execution Containers generally available so agents can run in the background under OS control. Microsoft launched the Surface Laptop Ultra and the Surface RTX Spark Dev Box on the platform, and NVIDIA previewed DGX Station for Windows.

This is hardware, so the access field is a placeholder. Partners include Acer, ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, MSI and Gigabyte. Compact desktops go on sale in November.
