Midjourney V7 (alpha)
Midjourney V7 alpha is the first new model in nearly a year, with a new architecture, personalization on by default, and Draft Mode at 10x speed and half the cost.
David Holz called it a 'totally different architecture', smarter with text prompts, with better textures and body/hand coherence. Users rate about 200 images to build a personal profile. Turbo and Relax tiers; upscaling and retexturing arrived later.
