Microsoft 365 Copilot
LLM assistant embedded in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, grounded in Microsoft Graph data, with GPT-4 behind it.
Established the 'copilot' pattern for office software, in which prompts are combined with a company's mail, files and meetings via Graph, plus Business Chat across apps. Announced in testing with a small customer group, and pricing came later.
