Meta acquires Manus
Meta agrees to buy Singapore-based Manus for about $2B; Manus says it has over $100M ARR and will keep running independently.
First big-tech purchase of a general-purpose agent startup. Manus had raised $75M at $500M from Benchmark in April 2025 and moved from Beijing to Singapore in mid-2025. Meta said there would be no continuing Chinese ownership.
