Deep Think, a parallel-thinking mode of Gemini 2.5 Pro, ships in the Gemini app for Google AI Ultra subscribers; faster variant of the IMO-gold model.
Explores and combines several hypotheses at once instead of one chain of thought, aimed at coding, math and scientific reasoning. The shipped version reaches bronze level on the 2025 IMO benchmark per Google, versus gold for the hours-long version given to select mathematicians.
