AlphaProteo
AlphaProteo is an AI designer of de novo protein binders with 3 to 300 times better affinity than prior methods on seven targets, and the first AI binder for VEGF-A.
Trained on PDB plus 100M+ AlphaFold structures. Lab hit rates ranged 9% to 88% by target. Binders against VEGF-A, SARS-CoV-2 spike, BHRF1, PD-L1 and others; Francis Crick Institute researchers validated some interactions.
