AlphaGenome
AlphaGenome reads up to 1 million DNA base pairs and predicts thousands of regulatory properties at single-letter resolution; API for non-commercial research.
A unified sequence model aimed at the 98% of the genome that does not code for proteins, scoring a variant's effect on gene expression, splicing and DNA contacts in about a second. Published in Nature in January 2026 with model access; a genome-wide Atlas followed 2026-09-08.
