AlphaChip
RL chip-floorplanning method, now named AlphaChip, used on TPU v5e, v5p and Trillium; pre-trained checkpoint released.
Treats chip layout as a game, placing components one at a time to generate layouts in hours instead of weeks. Nature addendum (2024-09-26) added a pre-trained checkpoint and the AlphaChip name; MediaTek adopted it.
