AI co-clinician
AI co-clinician is a DeepMind research initiative for AI agents that work with patients under physician supervision, with zero critical errors in 97 of 98 primary-care evidence queries.
Follows Med-PaLM and AMIE. Frames "triadic care" (patient, clinician, AI) and tests clinician-facing evidence synthesis against widely used tools using the NOHARM framework, plus medication questions on OpenFDA RxQA. Company-run evaluation, not a deployed product.
