Eleven v3 adds audio tags ([whispers], [laughs]), multi-speaker dialogue and 70+ languages; the most expressive ElevenLabs TTS at launch.
Needs more prompt engineering and has higher latency than v2.5, so ElevenLabs steered real-time use to Flash/Turbo. GA on 2026-02-02 cut text/number errors 68% (15.3% to 4.9%); users preferred GA over alpha in 72% of comparisons.
