Post-training refresh of V3: AIME 39.6 to 59.4, GPQA 59.1 to 68.4; weights relicensed under MIT.
Same architecture (685B total) with better reasoning, front-end code generation, Chinese writing and function calling. Licence switched from the custom DeepSeek Model License to MIT, which removed the restrictions and ambiguity for downstream users.
