Cohere's Command R is a model built for retrieval-augmented generation at production scale, with weights on Hugging Face for non-commercial use.
A RAG-first enterprise model announced by CEO Aidan Gomez. The Hugging Face weights are gated and licensed CC-BY-NC-4.0 (research and non-commercial). Parameter count, context length and benchmarks not confirmed in the pages I could open.
