Cognition raises about $400M at a $10.2B valuation led by Founders Fund; ARR $73M as of June 2025 after folding in Windsurf.
Valuation up from about $4B earlier in 2025 as Windsurf was integrated. Investors included Lux, 8VC and Elad Gil. Customers cited were Goldman Sachs, Cisco, Palantir and Mercado Libre.
