Amazon Nova Canvas and Nova Reel
Nova Canvas (image generation and editing, with inpainting/outpainting) and Nova Reel (text/image-to-video with camera control) launched in Bedrock.
Added first-party image and video generation to Bedrock with built-in watermarking and safety controls; Reel's first release made short (about 6-second) clips, extended to multi-shot videos up to 2 minutes with Reel 1.1 on 2025-04-07 (secondary chronology).
